We are hiring an experienced Stain Mixer to prepare stains, sealers, and topcoats while ensuring consistent colour, quality, and safety throughout the manufacturing process. If you have experience as a Stain Mixer, Paint Mixer, Chemical Mixer, Coatings Technician, or Wood Finishing Technician, we want to hear from you!

• Mix stains, paints, sealers, and topcoats using formulas and production specifications.
• Accurately measure chemicals and maintain colour consistency.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
• Monitor inventory and order finishing materials.
• Follow WHMIS, ISO, GMP, and 5S procedures.
• Safely handle chemicals while wearing PPE.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean work area.

• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience as a Stain Mixer, Paint Mixer, Chemical Mixer, Coatings Technician, or Wood Finishing Technician.
• Experience mixing paints, stains, coatings, inks, adhesives, or industrial chemicals.
• Comfortable reading formulas and performing basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with chemicals in a manufacturing environment.
