FGF Team Leader for Depositing Line

Lead the depositing line at FGF Brands, ensuring top-notch production and team collaboration. As a Team Leader, you will guide oven operators and mixers to meet high-quality standards.

This position reports to both the Line Leader and Shift Leader, focusing on hands-on leadership. You will conduct pre-shift huddles, mentor your team, and ensure the depositing machinery operates efficiently. Your engagement will create an environment of teamwork and respect, directly impacting product consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor depositing line Team Members

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide constructive feedback

• Load and operate the depositing machine accurately

• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

• Report machinery malfunctions and quality issues promptly

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• Physically capable of handling up to 40 kg

• Flexibility for various shifts including nights and weekends
