Jaylor Fabricating is looking for a Welder-Fitter I to join our team.

• Welding smaller components to support the manufacturing of the large agricultural equipment Jaylor builds.
• Complete tacking, welding, grinding, and finishing work as it is required to support production.
• Readand interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, and welding instructions.
• Operatea variety of welding equipment based on material type, thickness, join configuration, and welding requirements.
• After welds are completed, visually inspect for quality, consistency, appearance, andany obvious defects before moving on to other work.
• Workwith the team, including fellow fitters, supervisors, and production staff tosupport quality of work and on-time delivery of the product.
• Followall safety regulations in accordance with OHSA and company policies.

• Minimum 1-5 years of welding experience
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Ability to operate an overhead crane (Jaylor will train and certify, experience with a crane is considered an asset)
• Ability to operate heavy machinery,tools, etc.
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, lifting 50 pounds, and bending
• Willingness to learn
• Has an eye for detail
• Enjoys working with machines

Hours: Here at Jaylor you would be working a4x10 shift, meaning you get a long weekend—every weekend.

Pay: $25.30- $30.30 per hour (Weoffer competitive wages based on skill and experience)
