As the Production Supervisor, you will report to the Plant Manager, spearheading daily operations on the finishing floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily finishing operations and departmental schedules

• Control color consistency and approve finishes

• Perform quality inspections on final products

• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep

• Manage inventory of finishing supplies effectively

Requirements:

• 5-8 years’ experience in wood finishing

• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred

• Strong communication and training abilities
