Sanofi is seeking a Technical Group Leader for a nine-month fixed term contract. In this leadership role, you’ll administer influenza manufacturing activities, coordinate technical staff, and ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols. You'll manage SAP activities while overseeing daily operations, leading investigations, and fostering a compliant, safe environment for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule daily tasks of technical staff according to area needs

• Review all documentation for GMP compliance

• Ensure maintenance and functionality of equipment

• Facilitate team meetings and report findings to management

• Coordinate with other departments for timely production support

Requirements:

• College degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

• Knowledge of microbiology and protein purification techniques

• Proficiency in SAP and laboratory data systems

• Strong leadership and communication skills
