Contribute to innovative trade shows and custom projects as a Production Associate at Hollis+Morris. This hands-on role emphasizes project ownership from prototyping to completion with minimal supervision.

Hollis+Morris seeks a Production Associate with 3+ years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing. You will drive the execution of designs, source materials, and build prototypes while coordinating with the Production Manager. Your proactive approach will help troubleshoot problems and ensure projects meet delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently guide prototypes to production-ready status

• Source materials and ensure timely delivery from suppliers

• Share responsibility for custom product requests

• Support production floor operations as needed

• Manage logistics for trade shows and brand activations

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a shop or manufacturing environment

• Strong hands-on skills in woodworking and/or metalworking

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings

• Proficiency with 3D modeling software is a plus

• Resourceful and organized when managing multiple projects
