Press Operator for Innovative Printing

Join a premier plastic product manufacturer as a Press Operator. This role in GTA allows you to leverage advanced CI flexographic technology while producing high-quality prints for diverse industries.

Your background in flexographic printing (2-4 years) and experience with computerized presses will enable you to efficiently operate and maintain the equipment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring print specifications are met and upheld. This hands-on position demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate flexographic machinery to meet production targets

• Prepare presses by loading substrates and adjusting calibrations

• Check color accuracy and print consistency in outputs

• Report performance issues and perform minor maintenance

• Assist in training junior staff on the printing process

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in flexographic printing

• Minimum 3 years using computerized CI presses

• Familiarity with 8-colour systems and solvent inks

• High school diploma or GED necessary

• Clear background check required
