TIFF Market Production Manager Role

Shape the narrative of TIFF:
The Market as our new Production Manager based in Toronto. Ensure seamless production through exceptional logistical planning and operational delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will oversee the entire production cycle for TIFF at the Metro Toronto Convention Center.

Your role includes developing detailed production plans, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring venue readiness for an optimal experience. Adept problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail will set the stage for a successful event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and setup for event venues

• Manage production schedules and logistical details

• Monitor onsite operations and resolve issues

• Collaborate with teams for operational excellence

• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in event production management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt priorities

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Adobe Suite is a plus
