Become an SMT Operator at OSI Electronics, where you'll handle SMT equipment on the afternoon shift.

Your role will focus on precision assembly and rigorous quality monitoring.

Your primary responsibility will be to operate and set up SMT equipment, including pick-and-place devices and reflow ovens, as well as managing quality through various inspection methods. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SMT assembly equipment

• Verify and manage solder paste quality during operations

• Conduct AOI and X-Ray inspections

• Resolve machine alarms and troubleshoot effectively

• Ensure compliance with BOM and work instructions

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• Experience in electronics manufacturing desired

• Attention to detail and defect recognition skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Basic data entry skills in English
