Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound batches per SOPs and master formulas

• Verify chemical integrity, lot status, and packaging condition

• Document all activities and test results in batch records

• Report any discrepancies or unsafe conditions promptly

• Clean and maintain compounding areas and equipment

Requirements:

• University degree with 1-2 years technical training experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years in a GMP environment

• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely

• Knowledge of WHMIS and facility software programs
