Step into a leadership role as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. This role focuses on fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability through Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies.

As a key player in implementing CI strategies, you will develop training curriculums, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities. Your leadership will be vital in achieving the plant’s productivity and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards

• Coach teams on Lean concepts and CI tools

• Develop an IL6S roadmap linked to business objectives

• Conduct loss analysis and implement improvement projects

• Collaborate with teams to enhance maintenance systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a strategy/project management role

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities

• Proven capability in change leadership

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
