Treow Group Recruitment, on behalf of our GTA manufacturing client, is seeking an experienced Product Development Chemist to design, develop and validate new and modified product formulations for North America.
Reporting to the Technical Director, this role blends strong scientific knowledge with practical manufacturing understanding; lead projects from bench to plant-scale production while contributing to regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
