Key Responsibilities:

• Define overall manufacturing and process approach for CRC

• Guide sourcing and qualification of materials and suppliers

• Establish comprehensive manufacturing documentation systems

• Set the framework for addressing non-conformance and process escapes

• Partner with engineers to ensure manufacturability of designs

Requirements:

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or materials engineering

• Deep knowledge of metallic material systems

• Strong documentation and process management capabilities

• Cross-functional leadership in complex manufacturing environments

• Ability to thrive with limited infrastructure and ambiguity
