In this critical role, reporting to the Continuous Improvement Leader, you will lead initiatives aimed at transforming processes and enhancing operational efficiencies. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, analyzing performance data, and implementing data-driven solutions. The position requires a proactive mindset to challenge existing practices and foster a continuous improvement culture throughout the Bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement standard work across core operations

• Conduct daily leadership assessments with operators

• Analyze performance data for improvement opportunities

• Facilitate continuous improvement project teams

• Develop action steps for CI implementation gaps

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education in Engineering

• Lean Six Sigma training is an asset

• Experience in food manufacturing environment

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Valid G Driver's License and willingness to travel
