• Coach and develop frontline employees for success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience

• At least 5 years in a manufacturing role

• Proficient in GMP and food safety standards

• Strong leadership in fast-paced settings

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP tools
