Join our innovative team at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. as a Junior Product Developer, specializing in baked goods. This role involves collaboration and creativity in developing new and exciting products.

As a Junior Product Developer, you will support the enhancement of our product lines and be involved in the commercialization process. This hands-on position requires a background in food science along with practical experience in the food manufacturing sector. You'll engage with key stakeholders, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Shelf-Life testing and product tastings

• Formulate products, managing customer samples and trials

• Keep detailed records of plant trial processes

• Collaborate in developing new product line extensions

• Uphold SQF and HACCP standards during trials

Requirements:

• Food Science diploma or a similar qualification

• 4+ years in the Food Manufacturing industry

• Role experience in product development

• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
