Position: Sofina Foods Production Supervisor Role
Elevate production efficiency as a Production Supervisor at Sofina Foods. Lead teams and oversee operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance in a dynamic environment.

This supervisory role reports directly to the Plant Manager and focuses on enhancing post and pre-production operations. You will manage workforce logistics, coordinate maintenance, and ensure sanitation protocols are met. The Production Supervisor will also track performance indicators and resolve operational discrepancies to boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on production schedules for assigned shifts

• Lead and mentor hourly employees for optimal performance

• Monitor adherence to safety and quality standards

• Analyze production metrics to imprint improvements

• Ensure compliance with plant sanitation SOPs prior to shifts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree with 3-5 years in the industry

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP requirements

• Proven leadership and communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Ability to work cross-functionally and address HR issues
