• Coach teams in problem-solving methodologies

• Produce crucial training documents for staff development

• Actively promote lean tools and strategies
Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business

• 5 years of manufacturing experience

• Demonstrated skill in lean training and coaching

• Exceptional communication and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel
