Manufacturing Technical Service Expert

In this key role, you'll be responsible for overseeing technical support initiatives that improve both current and new product formulations. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams, ensuring products transition smoothly back to manufacturing while maintaining compliance and efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor other Scientific Leaders, enhancing consistency in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend technical support for experiments

• Supervise and monitor the full-scale manufacturing process

• Prepare reports and project updates on findings

• Utilize advanced techniques for root cause analysis

• Train and manage direct reports per development plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related science

• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

• Well-versed in report writing and troubleshooting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
