Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate various fabrication machines

• Operate and monitor machinery for optimal output

• Assemble products meticulously for storage and shipping

• Maintain production logs and document issues

Requirements:

• Must be a current Lush employee with at least 1 year tenure

• Basic technical skills and detail-focused approach

• Proficient in using machinery and computer controls

• Able to lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly

• Experience in high-production settings is preferable
