Join DECIEM as a Filling Associate Manager and enhance leadership in manufacturing operations at our Etobicoke facility. Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a full-time position.
As a Filling Associate Manager at DECIEM, you will lead teams on the manufacturing floor while promoting efficiency and quality standards. Highlights of the role include hands-on problem-solving, fostering a proactive workplace culture, and maintaining exemplary Good Manufacturing Practices. Collaboration and effective communication are key components of this critical position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instill continuous improvement practices across teams
• Optimize production processes to minimize downtime
• Lead production operations while ensuring safety standards
• Identify and act on equipment defects through inspections
• Follow GMP and maintain production cleanliness
Requirements:
• Previous experience in processing and packaging
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
• Strong supervisory abilities and problem-solving skills
• Relevant educational background or equivalent experience
• Entrepreneurial passion for innovation in beauty
