As a Lean Champion, you will lead initiatives that promote operational excellence at Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp.

Your role involves coaching teams on Lean principles and creating a sustainable improvement culture. With strong leadership and analytical skills, you will help enhance our manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement continuous improvement programs and track progress

• Conduct site assessments and propose enhancements

• Train teams on Lean concepts and best practices

• Develop strategies for operational excellence

• Support cross-functional projects for process upgrades

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a food manufacturing environment

• Proven experience in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Skills to influence teams at all levels

• Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and engagement
