The Manufacturing Technician role involves working the afternoon shift and requires expertise in CNC and diamond turning machines. You will analyze and interpret optical schematics, ensuring quality outcomes aligned with AS9100 standards. Collaborate with engineers to drive improvements and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Polish and turn optical components to specification
• Resolve faults in optical systems through diagnostics
• Manage multiple production priorities effectively
• Collaborate cross-functionally for process refinement
• Keep detailed documentation of all processes
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years' experience
• Proficiency in reading optical and mechanical drawings
• Experienced in troubleshooting complex systems
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities
• Must manage safety and detailed procedures
