Associate Operator

This role requires a minimum of a Technical Diploma or 4th class power engineering certification and at least one year of relevant chemical industry experience. As an Associate Operator, you will monitor conditions, perform operational tasks, and support less experienced operators through training. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and field check process equipment daily

• Monitor key performance metrics and make decisions accordingly

• Perform scheduled operational tasks and address unplanned events

• Mentor new and existing operators on best practices

• Conduct effective shift handoffs for seamless operations

Requirements:

• Minimum Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate needed

• 1-year relevant experience in a chemical environment

• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift

• Familiarity with safety equipment and procedures

• Class 5 driver’s license required
