As a Baker at COBS Bread, you are integral to our mission of freshness. This role is ideal for early risers who thrive in a team environment and take pride in their work. You’ll be trained to follow recipes and ensure the highest quality of baked goods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bake artisan bread and treats daily, from scratch
• Ensure a clean and organized bakery environment
• Follow production schedules and standard recipes
• Mix, measure, and shape dough for baking
• Collaborate with team members to create an excellent customer experience
Requirements:
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
• Ability to start work early in the morning
• Good organization skills for daily tasks
• Capability of lifting weight up to 22 kg
• Commitment to team development and success
