In this role, you will lead the New Forest maintenance team and prioritize the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance strategies to optimize production efficiency and safety compliance. With a focus on team engagement and collaboration with other departments, your contributions will aim to achieve operational goals and drive improvements in equipment maintenance and uptime. Your leadership will cultivate a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate safety leadership and cultural standards
• Drive the adoption of TPM methodologies among teams
• Supervise and evaluate performance of your team
• Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration for operational success
• Regularly assess and strategize for metric improvements
Requirements:
• Engineering or business-related degree preferred
• 5+ years in production settings
• Experience managing teams for 5+ years
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of PM, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
