We are looking for an Industrial Belt Repairer responsible for inspecting and repairing conveyor belts at Upper Crust.
Your role will include performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with production staff to reduce downtime. This full-time position ensures that our state-of-the-art bakery remains operational and that quality products reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect belts for any signs of wear or damage
• Repair and replace belt components as necessary
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure reliability
• Troubleshoot any belt problems that arise
• Test belts post-repair to confirm functionality
Requirements:
• Secondary school plus relevant courses or 1 year of training
• Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
