Position: Onsite Consultant for PCB Assemblies
Ensure the production excellence of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) as an onsite consultant with a strategic supplier. Work closely with manufacturing teams to guarantee high-quality delivery and timely execution.

Your role focuses on overseeing PCB production and quality compliance at the supplier's facility for a minimum of five years. You will monitor production progress, track risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with engineering specs and robust quality standards. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will drive continuous improvements across manufacturing processes and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production planning and ensure adherence to schedules

• Track manufacturing progress and troubleshoot constraints

• Verify compliance with quality standards and engineering drawings

• Conduct operational reviews with supplier management

• Prepare weekly reports covering production and quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in PCB manufacturing or related field

• Strong grasp of IPC standards and quality management systems

• Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently while coordinating with teams
