We seek an experienced Operations Manager to guide a 30-member team in optimizing production execution and purchasing decisions. Your expertise in lean practices and shop-floor leadership will strengthen operational processes and enhance delivery performance. Collaborate with senior management and play a critical role in the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production schedules and resources effectively
• Optimize supplier relationships and negotiate purchasing terms
• Control and balance inventory to minimize costs
• Implement lean tools for process improvement
• Coach and develop the operations team
Requirements:
• 5–8 years in manufacturing operations and team leadership
• Experience in industrial or capital-goods manufacturing
• Knowledge in production scheduling and execution
• Proven ability in continuous improvement methods
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
