This is an opportunity for an experienced candidate with 7-10 years in woodworking and at least 2 years in a supervisory position. In this influential role, you will lead by example while engaging directly in production processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a team of production employees
• Monitor daily workflow to achieve production schedules
• Develop expertise in CNC and other woodworking equipment
• Support employee training on processes and quality standards
• Maintain a culture of workplace safety and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in woodworking or cabinet manufacturing
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of woodworking equipment
