Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, sketches, and quality specs to identify proper deburring methods and acceptance criteria.
Inspect parts visually and with basic measurement tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers) to confirm edges, finishes, and dimensions meet requirements.
Load and unload parts into deburring, tumbling, or finishing machinery; set and monitor cycle times and equipment settings.
Identify and segregate nonconforming parts, report defects and repetitive quality issues to the supervisor.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Prior deburring, polishing, finishing, or deburring-machine operation experience.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality systems.
