Food Manufacturing Batching Operator

Operate batching stations at Select, mixing sauces, condiments, and dressings while interpreting formulas and following food safety standards.

This contract Batching Operator position provides leave of absence coverage and reports to the Production Supervisor. You will measure raw materials, program ingredients through HMI systems, and mix products across multiple stations. The work supports sauces made for leading brands while meeting customer specifications and company practices.

• Check schedules and report to assigned batching stations
• Inspect equipment and complete pre-operation safety checks
• Measure ingredients and interpret formulas accurately
• Cook sauces and submit samples to quality assurance
• Transfer finished products and reset processes quickly

• Minimum six months of food manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to understand and interpret HMI systems
• Willingness to learn multiple batching stations
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
