Manufacturing Operations Shift Supervisor

Direct manufacturing floor performance with strong communication, process improvement, and employee leadership skills. Work requires a full rotating shift schedule.
This Production Supervisor leads approximately 30 employees, including operators, team leaders, and administrative support staff. The role coordinates daily manufacturing activities while overseeing safety, quality, compliance, cost, and employee relations. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily activities across the manufacturing floor
Lead operators, team leaders, and administrative support staff
Monitor productivity, cost, compliance, and shift performance
Support operational challenges with clear explanations and decisions
Facilitate training for production personnel
Requirements:
Minimum three years in production or manufacturing
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects independently
Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels

Experience with productivity or cost-reduction initiatives
Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts
Bring manufacturing supervision, project leadership, and process improvement experience to a highly regulated pharmaceutical production environment.
