Operate band saws and custom-fabricate insulation materials as a Fabricator with Crossroads C&I. Safety, accuracy, and quality guide daily production work.
Crossroads C&I seeks a Fabricator for specialized insulation manufacturing. You will work with fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other materials while operating appropriate equipment. The position emphasizes accurate measuring, housekeeping, production levels, and compliance with safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate band saws and other appropriate equipment safely
- Custom-fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, and perlite insulation
- Measure materials accurately to support production efficiency
- Maintain quality standards and housekeeping throughout work areas
- Complete assigned fabrication duties from the supervisor
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to meet respirator medical certification requirements
- Physical strength for lifting up to 23 kilograms
