Food Manufacturing Batching Operator

Mix sauces, condiments, and dressings at Select as a Batching Operator focused on HMI systems and food safety standards. This contract runs until approximately April 2027.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will interpret formulas, measure ingredients, and operate multiple batching stations. The work supports sauces made for the world's best brands. You will follow customer specifications, good manufacturing practices, and health and safety practices while meeting production targets.

• Check schedules and report to assigned batching stations
• Program ingredients through HMI systems and operate machinery
• Cook sauces while following critical control point measures
• Transfer finished product to tanks or filling machines
• Perform CIP processes during product changeovers

• At least six months of food manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma required for the position
• Ability to understand and interpret HMI systems
• Willingness to learn multiple batching stations
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
