Manufacturing Finishing Operator Powder Paint

Build finishing expertise at S&C Electric Canada by preparing parts and selecting paint colours. Work Monday through Friday on the day shift.
This Finishing Operator assignment supports metal-enclosed switch gear production at S&C Electric Canada. You will complete continuous productive activity while using both hands and arms repetitively. Responsibilities include surface preparation, part handling, coating application, production records, and workstation organization. Prior powder painting experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Select routes for parts to follow
Select paint colours for parts requiring painting
Prepare surfaces through chipping and hand cleaning
Apply Aquaban anti-condensation coating when required
Keep floors and workstations free of debris
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of manufacturing experience
Prior powder painting experience considered an asset
Attention to detail and quality
Organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
Use careful preparation, coating knowledge, and organized production practices as an S&C Electric Canada Finishing Operator.
