PCB Manufacturing Program Manager
Lead PCB programs at TTM Technologies with customer relationship management and cross-functional coordination from quotation through production. Apply program discipline in a manufacturing environment.
The Program Manager owns assigned customer programs for TTM Technologies, a global printed circuit board manufacturer. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, and sales. The work covers new product introductions, prototype builds, volume production, customer reviews, and issue resolution. Working knowledge of PCB fabrication supports effective factory decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned customer accounts
- Track delivery, yield, cost, RMA, and scorecard metrics
- Coordinate DFM feedback, tooling, documentation, and yield improvement
- Align production schedules, capacity planning, and order status
- Conduct customer reviews and support complaint resolution
- Five-plus years in customer-facing manufacturing program management
- At least three years in program or project management
- Working knowledge of PCB fabrication
- Oracle or other ERP/MRP proficiency required or strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive manufacturing experience
