Are you looking for a hands‑on role with steady hours and the opportunity to work with a growing food manufacturing company? We are hiring Heavy General Labour Workers (Pan Transfer / Feeders)

What You'll Be Doing

• Feed baking pans and raw materials into conveyor lines to keep production running smoothly.
• Transfer trays and products between production, cooling, and packaging areas.
• Monitor production lines and prevent jams or disruptions.
• Inspect trays and pans to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Remove defective products and damaged materials from the production line.
• Assist with packing, organizing materials, and other general labour duties.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations in accordance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Work closely with machine operators and production teams to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift

Comfortable standing and moving for an entire 8-hour shift

Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused

Basic English communication skills

Strong teamwork and positive attitude

Bonus Qualifications

• Food manufacturing, bakery, packaging, or production experience
• Experience working around conveyor lines or assembly lines
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety procedures
• Experience with material handling equipment such as dock stockers or scissor lifts

This is a physically active position in a modern food production facility. You'll work in a team‑oriented environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are top priorities. The role involves standing, lifting, moving product, and supporting high‑volume production operations in ambient, warm, and refrigerated areas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.95 - $17.95/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
