You will work inside our internal systems and tools to complete production support tasks, handle content and data updates, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate records. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a practical production support role for someone who can follow processes carefully, write clearly, and use digital tools to maintain steady output.
You will support both self-service and enterprise capacity work streams. Your work helps the production engine stay reliable so client-facing teams can deliver a consistent experience.
This position is ideal for someone who likes clear ownership of assigned work, pays attention to detail, and performs well in a structured remote environment with measurable daily output.
Essential duties:
Execute assigned production support tasks using internal systems and tools with accuracy and consistency.
Update and quality-check production records, documents, and content as required by workflows.
Support client-facing teams by preparing materials, tracking status, and resolving routine production support issues.
Maintain organized records of completed work and flag process gaps for improvement.
Follow established production processes and timelines to support reliable output.
Essential requirements:
Demonstrated ability to follow digital processes and complete work accurately and efficiently.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate output under volume.
Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Arts, Media & Creative Production domain.
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience in a production support, operations, or agency environment.
Experience working in a fully remote role with clear daily output expectations.
