Senior Composite Manufacturing Technician

You’ll oversee various processes, from hand layups and CNC machining to quality assurance and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out intricate hand layups with precision and care

• Operate and monitor autoclaves during curing cycles

• Collaborate with design engineers for manufacturability insights

• Oversee inventory and workspace cleanliness and efficiency

• Document composite manufacturing processes meticulously

Requirements:

• Diploma in Composites Manufacturing or equivalent

• 1–4 years of composite manufacturing experience preferred

• Familiarity with aerospace quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)

• Proficiency with hand tools and CNC equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
