Twist Wrap Machine Operator

Operate Halls twist wrap equipment at Mondelēz International while applying mechanical aptitude and safety standards. Maintain quality and output across candy packaging operations.
As a Twist Wrap Machine Operator, you will package bulk candy and operate at least two EK3 machines. You will perform running adjustments, follow autonomous and progressive maintenance standards, and support efficient production. The work requires machine operation, troubleshooting, computer checks, and collaboration with Bulk Handlers and Line Managers. Quality, safety, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets guide daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Halls twist wrap equipment within specified tolerances
- Operate at least two EK3 machines
- Assist with startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
- Clear jams and perform minor running adjustments
- Complete quality inspections and document results
- Experience operating high-speed automated wrapping equipment
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and equipment adjustments
- Ability to follow complex instructions and safety procedures
- Computer skills for Quality Suites checks
- Ability to maintain quality specifications consistently
