Role OverviewWe are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who will take full ownership of Wireless DNA’s product positioning and market narrative, while also driving growth and exposure through strategic marketing initiatives.
This individual will work closely with our coordinators (social media & agency liaison), direct our advertising agency, and create compelling messaging that builds awareness, urgency, and trust. The PMM is both a strategic storyteller and a growth-minded marketer who thrives in a lean team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Positioning & Messaging
:
Define and refine Wireless DNA's unique value proposition and ensure consistency across all channels. - Exposure & Awareness
:
Build strategies to significantly increase brand visibility (Google Ads, partnerships, influencers, PR, organic social). - Content Creation
:
Produce campaign messaging, landing page copy, product one-pagers, and briefs for designers/agencies. - Agency Leadership
:
Provide clear creative direction and positioning to external ad agencies; ensure campaigns align with brand story and ROI goals. - Team Collaboration
:
Work with internal coordinators to plan, schedule, and execute campaigns. - Market Insights
:
Research competitors and customer needs to sharpen positioning and identify urgency drivers. - Performance Tracking
:
Simplify marketing funnel reporting and translate metrics into actionable insights.
- 4+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or related digital marketing roles.
- Experience in telecom / telco industry is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to craft compelling product positioning and urgency-driven messaging.
- Experience directing agencies and guiding small internal teams.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, social media, influencers, PR).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to simplify performance reporting.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean team structure.
