Product Marketing ManagerOur client is a leader in global asset management and we are looking to find them an exceptional Product Marketing Manager for a permanent role. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for the firm's growing suite of investment products, including ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative strategies
.
This is a exciting, growth-focused role designed to support the continued expansion of our client's investment marketing portfolio. You’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for fund launches, market commentary, and ETF content initiatives - partnering closely with sales, product, and compliance teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive advisor engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product marketing and go-to-market planning for new fund and ETF launches — from positioning and messaging through to campaign execution and sales enablement.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates the firm’s investment solutions, resonates with target audiences, and supports sales growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, sales, and product teams to translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging content for advisors and investors.
- Support the creation of marketing and sales collateral, including campaign assets, pitch decks, and advisor tools.
- Oversee content development for fund launches, market commentary, product insights, and thought leadership, helping strengthen the firm’s leadership in ETFs and active management.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning, using insights to inform and refine strategy.
- Partner closely with compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure timely review and approval of materials.
- Identify opportunities to enhance ETF and product marketing content franchises — bringing a strategic POV and fresh ideas to evolve existing playbooks.
- Support top-of-funnel growth initiatives, focusing on awareness, education, and engagement across advisor and investor audiences.
- Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- 5+ years of experience in investment or product marketing, ideally within an asset management or investment firm.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading marketing or content teams.
- Strong understanding of ETFs, mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
- Proven ability to lead product launch cycles and navigate product review, compliance, and approval processes.
- Experience building integrated go-to-market strategies and content plans that align with sales and product objectives.
- Excellent storytelling skills - able to identify the value prop and transform market and product insights into engaging content for both advisors and investors.
