The Role
As  Associate Director, Hospitality Marketing , you’ll set the national commercial strategy for our hospitality portfolio, lead marketing, and impact revenue‑driving initiatives. You’ll oversee a cross‑functional talented team, ensure brand consistency, and design data‑backed campaigns and sales programs that accelerate growth. You are a highly strategic leader who simplifies direction, inspires teams, and delivers measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

Develop and own the national marketing strategy for all hospitality properties.

Build integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue, brand visibility, market expansion and customer acquisition.

Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Events, Venues, Pubs & Clubs and Marketing to ensure cohesive national planning, execution, and communication.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and continuous improvement.

Maintain consistent, authentic brand messaging across all platforms.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing with business priorities and ensure cohesive market execution.

Scale marketing operations effectively as the company grows.

Mentor and inspire a diverse marketing team.

Provide leadership to regional teams and contribute to long‑term commercial planning.

Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.

Represent the MRG brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years in progressive marketing leadership roles, ideally in hospitality, nightlife, or the experience economy.

Experience leading multi‑market or national strategies.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Balance of strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Flexible to work evenings/weekends and travel across Canada as required.
