Job Description & How to Apply Below
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Industrial IoT & Reliability Software
Multi Sensor AI is a multi-sensor reliability platform for early threat detection and predictive maintenance in industrial environments, helping enterprises detect risk earlier, act faster, and scale across sites without rebuilding their stack. This role owns how our story is told, how our packaged solutions are brought to market, and how Product, Sales, Marketing, and our Reliability SMEs execute in lockstep.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercialization for Multi Sensor AI’s enterprise solutions across key industrial use cases and verticals. This person is both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder, comfortable defining category narrative, driving campaigns and content, and enabling sales in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

Lead the go-to-market strategy for Multi Sensor AI’s packaged solutions across priority use cases within selected industries

Own external positioning, messaging, and narrative for our reliability software platform and use cases, ensuring consistency across website, campaigns, sales decks, webinars, partners, and analyst/PR engagements

Define ideal customer profiles, buying groups, and use-case framing that reflect how enterprise reliability, maintenance, and operations teams talk about their assets and problems

Partner with the Product Owner to define what is safe to market and sell, including boundaries on claims, GTM readiness gates, and inclusion/exclusion for each solution and PoV kit

Act as the primary source of truth for sales and marketing enablement on product value: interactive demos, playbooks, one-pagers, discovery guides, competitive battle cards, ROI narratives, and PoV/expansion motion assets

Lead launch planning and execution for new solutions, features, and use cases, orchestrating cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption

Run ongoing market, customer, and competitive analysis across predictive maintenance, industrial IoT, and reliability platforms to refine positioning and influence roadmap priorities

Translate SME and field intelligence from reliability leaders and GTM teams to inform campaigns, PoV kits, sales motions, and expansion plays

Demand generation, campaigns, and content

Own campaign strategy by defining target segments, offers, and messaging for ABM, webinars, promotions, and expansion plays, then turning this into clear briefs and calendars

Lead development of campaign and funnel content (pillar pages, blogs, guides, webinars, emails, ads, landing pages, and sales follow-up templates) that align with the buyer journey

Act as de facto demand generation and content strategy lead in the absence of an in-house demand gen manager, scoping work and managing external agencies/contractors for copy, design, operations, and media activation

Partner closely with Sales to ensure product campaigns map to account plans, opportunity stages, and expansion plays, and that follow-up sequences and enablement are in place before launch

Use funnel and campaign performance data to refine messaging, offers, and channel mix, and to prioritize where to invest for pipeline and ARR impact

Customer marketing, PR, and advocacy

Partner with our PR agency to turn flagship deployments, proof of value outcomes, and platform milestones into stories, thought-leadership angles, and speaking opportunities that reinforce our reliability authority

Work with Sales, and our reliability SMEs to identify and nurture “customer mavens” - high-value advocates who are willing to participate in case studies, testimonials, awards, reference calls, and events

Build a lightweight, scalable customer advocacy motion (advocate pipeline, reference pool, reviews program, spotlight content) that feeds PR, demand gen, and sales enablement with fresh proof points

Manage review-site presence (e.g., G2, industry guides) by packaging customer results and narratives into assets that strengthen category position and trust
