The Integrated Marketing Planning Manager will lead the development of marketing strategies and programs for TD Wealth Advice (Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management lines of businesses). Collaborating with business, marketing and agency partners in an agile environment, the role is responsible for designing and delivering innovative, best‑in‑class marketing strategies across the marketing funnel in paid and owned channels.
Key Accountabilities- Understand market and growth drivers and contribute to a vision of market, channel, and segment potential; develop value propositions and proof points that advance our competitive advantage and translate business strategies into marketing plans.
- Leverage market research and customer insights to inform campaign/program design, recommend best practices, and enhance products, processes, or services.
- Build and manage strong relationships with business units, marketing partners, and other internal departments to deliver effective marketing programs.
- Ensure marketing objectives are achieved by monitoring performance and taking corrective action when needed; analyze results and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Protect and build the brand by ensuring integrated campaigns deliver a positive client experience and support brand integrity across client journeys.
- Drive innovation within the team, bringing external ideas and perspectives to problems.
- Manage projects effectively from initiation to completion: coordinate multi‑functional teams and agency partners, track budgets, and meet all financial reporting requirements.
- Define problems, engage stakeholders, gather data, draw insights, and make data‑driven recommendations that drive action and maximize return on investment.
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including leading marketing strategy in a similar industry.
- Experience in digital marketing strategy and execution is ideal.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple marketing principles and disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, and familiarity with lines of business and customer markets.
- Innovative, customer‑obsessed mindset with strong financial acumen to advocate for customer advice and experience.
- Self‑motivated excellent organizational and communication skills, able to influence, prioritize, and multi‑task collaboratively or independently.
- Experienced in relationship management, collaborating across teams and functions including agency and internal partners.
