The Opportunity
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member in the planning, implementation, and execution of all HVAC Division Product launches, including the completion of all marketing and product launch materials, support of national and regional marketing campaigns, and other key product and channel marketing initiatives.
Activities include, but are not limited to, developing the marketing plan for each new product to be launched and all model updates, to aid in the execution of product marketing support for new product launches and product updates, ongoing literature development and updates, channel marketing and program and campaign support involving all HVAC Division products, and the management of product marketing assets for all company brands.
You will also be responsible for Market Research and Analysis on products and competing brands along with the maintenance of our product database identifying key features, data and creative, working collaboratively with all marketing/product team members in order to ensure an effective launch for each product.
Position Description
Marketing planning, execution, and maintenance of all product launches leveraging various current and new mediums, adhering to the organization’s product development process.Develop marketing briefs and work with agencies on obtaining proposals and evaluation of respective proposals with the Marketing ManagerPlanning of asset development and deployment to support all HVAC product launches. Assets include but not limited to, product catalogs, brochures, videos, website tools, case studies and sales tools under the direction of the Marketing ManagerUpdate of marketing content in company databases supporting product feeds to customers and support tools.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product & Sales Managers, Marketing, and other departments to develop and organize content.Conduct research on the competitive channel and competitors including product advertising, competitive websites, competitor models and other related activities and report findings to the Marketing Manager.Establish and manage customer focus groups to ensure market needs are being realized.Other job functions as assigned.Experience
7-10 years of progressive integrated marketing and project management.Similar technology or manufacturing company, VRF/HVAC industry experience preferred.Experience working in a multi-distribution channel company.Qualifications
Above average skills in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.Possess a technical aptitude.Development of product marketing, training and channel marketing projectsMotivated self-starter comfortable with tight deadlines and accepting guidance and feedback.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
