Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Manager will lead a new integrated marketing division across three mission-driven brands in education, workforce solutions, and catering. You will set the multi-brand strategy, own the funnel from awareness to conversion for three distinct lines of business (student enrolment, B2B workforce solutions, and catering sales), manage the marketing budget and agency/vendor partners, and build a small, high-performing team.
The role balances brand stewardship, digital performance marketing, content and PR, partnerships, and rigorouspliance in regulated environments (e.g., career-college advertising rules, sector standards for food and shelter services).
Candidate Profile
You are a strategic builder-operator and self-starter who is data-driven, customer service-obsessed, and adept at seamlessly switching between B2C (student recruitment and catering DTC/B2B) and B2B (workforce solutions) marketing environments. You thrive in mission-driven settings, translate insights into actionable strategies, and confidently navigatepliance and reputation risks in public-facing care and education sectors.

Generate qualified organizational leads and support RFPs.
Drive corporate and institutional catering growth with sector-specific campaigns.
