We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and detail‑oriented Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Content team.

The Role:

As part of the Marketing & Creative Team, the Integrated Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing integrated marketing campaigns and one-off projects across multiple channels. You’ll partner with the Director of Brand & Content to develop campaign strategies, guide messaging, and turn ideas into clear plans and aligned execution.

This role is ideal for someone with 4-5 years of experience who’s ready to expand their strategic skills while staying close to the work—crafting strong copy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring our brand shows up consistently and thoughtfully across all touchpoints.

More Specifically, You Will:
  • Shape integrated marketing strategies and campaign plans with a clear understanding of audience needs and business goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns—translating strategy into clear briefs, timelines, deliverables, and aligned work streams across paid, email, web, social, and creative.
  • Manage and support one-off marketing projects that require both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, spanning web, sales enablement, print, and content development.
  • Write clear, audience-focused copy and help guide messaging approaches across channels to ensure a consistent, human‑first brand voice.
  • Conduct audience, market, and competitive research and use insights to inform campaign direction and messaging recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, streamline workflows, and improve the overall customer experience across touchpoints.
About You
  • 4–5 years of marketing or advertising experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working on integrated, multi‑channel campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience writing copy with a portfolio of examples.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and using insights to inform future work.
  • Able to see the big picture while managing executional details.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience working with or alongside sales teams is a plus.
  • English fluency required;
    French is an asset.
  • Ability to be in the Toronto office four days per week.
