Assistant Marketing Manager, Starbucks Coffee Enhancers

Employer: Nestlé Canada Inc.

Location: North York, ON – 25 Sheppard Ave W, North York, ON M2N 6S8 (Hybrid)

Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 per year.

What to Expect: As Assistant Marketing Manager you will work on projects across the Starbucks Coffee Enhancers portfolio, developing strategic recommendations, driving product launches, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deepen brand building expertise.

Day in the Life
  • Provide fact‑based analytical data to support consumer and customer initiatives and to drive portfolio profitability and growth.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of key Innovation & Renovation projects, collaborating and influencing partners to implement with excellence.
  • Lead all launch‑related initiatives and communication, including research, volume builds, packaging & product development, launch presentations, sales kits, and samples for sales.
  • Lead packaging, pricing, promotional, merchandising and distribution strategies to support brand & category plans.
  • Prepare and present monthly brand and competitive performance reviews versus critical metrics using data tools such as AC Nielsen.
  • Support and, in some instances, lead team processes such as budget management & tracking and monthly priority status meetings.
  • Leverage brand, consumer, and marketplace data to recommend marketing strategies and activities for the 18‑Month Brand Plan (aligned with the 3‑Year Brand Roadmap).
  • Support and collaborate with internal team members and external collaborators across various initiatives and high‑profile launches.
Role Requirements
  • A university degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience; CPG experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient digital literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other MS applications.
  • Ability to manage change and evolve in a fast‑paced dynamic and matrix environment.

  • Understanding of the commercialization process within CPG and ability to leverage Nestlé processes, resources, and environment.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑focused, curious with strong analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative problem‑solver.
